Payment Terms/Deposits
100 % for 1 day stays
50 % for 2 days stays
40 % for more than 3 days stays
The rest should be paid at the end of your stay at the Hotel.
All reservations will be considered as provisional
until the Client makes the bank transfer to the Hotel.
This must be done within a maximum
of 72 hours after reservation.
After this time the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Our personnel will contact you for the bank details.
Should the Client wish to change the date,
the deposit will be respected if the changes are
communicated to the Hotel 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Otherwise
the cancellation policy of the Hotel shall apply.
Deposits will only be valid within the same year.
Cancellations
31 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the
deposit
30 to 8 prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the
deposit
7 to 1 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 100
% of the deposit.

Checking-out time: 12:00
Note:
In July and August there is a minimum stay of two nights at the weekends.
